We design and build with recognized accessibility principles in mind, referencing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working target. We do not claim formal certification or third-party conformance audit results.

Measures taken on this website

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page
• A skip link to move directly to the main content
• Keyboard navigation support with visible focus indicators
• Labelled form fields, with required fields clearly marked
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
• Colour contrast considered in the site's colour palette
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens
• Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation

Known limitations

Some third-party content — such as the embedded map and our payment provider's hosted checkout page — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet our accessibility target. Where an embedded component creates a barrier, the same information or action is available by contacting us directly.
